A policeman friend has confirmed once you see the van it's recorded your speed, even if it's half a mile away. Which means I could be in serious trouble, oops. I had the 2 weeks torment at Xmas when i didn't see the camera before the Tunnel turn off and didn't notice my speed as I was concentrating on trying to read one of the 4.5 million road signs though Liverpool.
