Distance: 26 miles

Blimey, the handjob won’t know what’s hit it! Two rides in two days! My legs certainly didn’t. I was completely screwed after yesterday’s ride, really seriously buggered. I felt sick for the last half of the ride and it was downhill and with a tailwind. Glad to get home where I collapsed until my wife poured a chilli con carne down my throat. No beer tonight though. Just went to bed around 11:00. Commute in the morning.

It’ll take more than that to stop me venting a bit of spleen though.
