Yep. Some of the guys in the office clearly struggle to build up the flexi but do it anyway and then disappear. They also go on lots of seminars and talks and go to meetings because they sounds interesting. I’ve got over two days now so I’m taking tomorrow afternoon off for a ride and I’m hopefully going to take Monday morning off too.

check about the flexi: I started to build up loads and then found I couldn’t take more than 1 day off as flexi in any month and can’t carry over more than 10 hours plus or 3 hours minus per month, which given as you pointed out it is piss easy for a normal working person to rack up 8 or 10 hours in a week means it becomes an exercise in maths trying to lose them by going in late and leaving early around my core hours.
